Service Description

Summario provides a Chrome browser extension and web application for summarizing YouTube videos using AI. The service includes AI-generated summaries, transcript-grounded chat, Watch/Skip verdicts, comments analysis, and daily digest delivery via email and WhatsApp.

Acceptable Use

By using Summario, you agree not to:

✗Use Summario to scrape YouTube in bulk or build competing services
✗Share account credentials or circumvent per-account usage limits
✗Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts or pipeline
✗Use the service in any way that violates YouTube's terms of service

Billing & Subscription

•Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
•Pro plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
•You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
•We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

✓Your notes are yours. Any notes you write inside Summario remain your intellectual property. Export them anytime.
•Summaries are generated content. AI-generated summaries are derived from third-party video content. You may use them for personal use but not for republication or commercial redistribution.
•Summario product. The Summario extension, web app, brand, and all underlying technology remain the property of Summario.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Summario is provided “as is.” AI-generated summaries are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or error-free. Always verify important information against the source material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
